The non-alcoholic drinks such as kombuchas and lemonades are homemade. They often infuse the drinks with wild-picked flowers or herbs from our vegetable garden.
The wines they serve are biodynamic or made naturally. They are unfiltered and sometimes cloudy, from natural fermentation and without additives.
At VERT, vegetables play the main role.
In 4 courses they serve 9 changing dishes to share, and can be supplemented with additional dishes.
Their à la carte menu consists of several dishes suitable for sharing or eating alone.
