IJssalon Fresco is an artisan ice cream parlor where fresh ice cream is prepared daily. They offer a delicious assortment of flavors. You can choose from trays with 1 to 5 scoops of ice cream, but half-liter and liter trays are also available. The ice cream coupes are a treat with 4 scoops of ice cream and whipped cream (the children's coupe has 2 scoops). Also try the lactose-free sorbet ice cream in flavors such as strawberry, lemon and apple. All ice cream products are gluten-free, except the oreo ice cream.
In addition to ice cream, they also sell vegan Zeeland Bolussen. They are very proud of the bolussen, because they are one of the few (maybe even the only one) that make them vegan. Entirely according to their own recipe with the taste of the past preserved. Because it takes a lot of time to bake the bolussen (2 hours) they only sell them on Thursdays and Saturdays, and when they run out, they run out!
For a few years now, they have also been baking cakes. All their cakes are vegan and some are also gluten-free. You name it, they bake it, simply because baking is so much fun and it smells so good inside. In the ice cream parlour itself, there is plenty of choice every day to take away or eat at their place with a nice cup of coffee.
