Tea Dome

Along the Domburg waterway in Middelburg stands a tea dome, a distinctive part of country estate De Griffioen. The tea dome dates from the 18th century and is a charming little detached building without floors. The doors of the national monument are decorated with elegant carvings and vases adorn the ornate hipped roof. This historic structure is used by residents of the apartment complex behind it to relax.
