Damplein

On the Damplein you won't find many stores, but the ones that are there are unique in their kind in Middelburg. Take, for example, the kite store Kite Gallery Juggling Store. In this store you will find boomerangs, kites and anything that can float. It is definitely worth a visit. In one of the many national monuments on Dam Square you will find De Moriaan, a specialized wine shop. Their assortment includes more than 800 imported wines. At the historic Grain Exchange on Damplein, a cozy flea market takes place every first Saturday of the month (from March through November).
