An informal and relaxed eatery in one of the oldest buildings in Middelburg, located on Dam Square. In the Zwarte Ruiter op 't Witte Paart everyone is welcome to come and have a drink and a bite to eat. Monday through Thursday a daily snack is served in addition to the menu.
