Wine store De Moriaan is located in the beautiful monumental building on the Dam Square in Middelburg. Almost all the wines are imported directly from abroad with an emphasis on France, Italy and Spain. Due to the direct contact with the winemakers, the large choice and the available expertise, the wines from De Moriaan offer excellent quality for the price. Very regularly their wines are described positively in the press, such as the Domiziano Negroamaro as winner of the National Home Wine Competition!
The atmospheric and widely assorted wine store lets its new offers be tasted every month, because by tasting of course you only really know which wine you like and therefore the best to buy.
The Wijnlokaal is also located in the same building on the Dam Square in Middelburg. The building has traditionally had a catering past. Previously, the Tropen, Meccano and Carambole, among others, were located here.
Het Wijnlokaal is the place where colleagues, lovers and friends come together to drink a good glass of wine in a casual atmosphere.
They have an extensive wine list consisting exclusively of their own imports. Of these, it is possible to order about forty wines by the glass and about a hundred wines exclusively by the bottle.
