Zeeland Nazomerfestival

Zeeland is bursting at the seams during the Nazomerfestival. In and around the historic Abbey of Middelburg is the bustling festival heart, the central meeting point. Every day a variety of small productions, concerts, dance, children's performances, literature, talk shows and workshops. Site performances, specially created for special locations in the landscape provide spectacle, drama, joy and emotion. A unique experience for everyone.

Zeeland Nazomerfestival aims to be a (nationally) leading festival with a high artistic quality and a character all its own. The festival presents its own productions at special locations in Zeeland and a festival center in Middelburg Abbey. The festival heart shows a choice from existing offerings of performing arts from the Netherlands and Flanders.

For more than 15 years, the Zeeland Nazomerfestival has managed to offer visitors an accessible total experience with food, drink, music and theater art due to its intimate, personal character. Young creators, experimental offerings and unique (outdoor) locations form a distinctive foundation.
