On the First Folkloristic Day in Middelburg this year there will be ring riding and carriageriding on and around the Abdijplein.
Ring riding 09.00 - 16.30 Carriage riding 09.30 - 17.30
The chaises are decorated with flowers and the manes and tails of the horses are artfully braided. The driver and passengers are dressed in regional costume. In addition, in Abbey Square it is ring riding with only horses.
